It is possible to run TubeAssist and TubeToolbox at the same time for the same channel. Currently there are only a handful of customers who do this so the exact limits are unknown and it is riskier for your account than just running one of the products. Since the two products interact with YouTube differently, at this point in time your sending quotas for each product seem to be separate.

If you do decide to do this, we recommend you follow the recommendations below to keep your account as safe as possible:

  1. In TubeToolbox, make sure your risk level is green in the actions you attempt.
  2. In TubeAssist, we'd recommend the add contacts or subscribe campaigns over sharing videos. If you do choose to share videos, consider sharing them from a separate YouTube account.
  3. Keep your delay in between sending in TubeToolbox large enough so that between TubeToolbox and TubeAssist you don't violate the YouTube terms of service that you shouldn't be sending faster than a human could in the same period of time.
  4. For maximum safety, don't run 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Give breaks or only run a few days a week.

We'll keep this post updated as we learn more, but so far we haven't had any issues related to running both products at once.
