Yes - any program that runs on Windows 7 can run on Windows 8. You just need to be in the 'Desktop' view of Windows 8 when running it. We don't have a specific 'Windows 8 App' version of Tube Toolbox and we never plan to build one. Instead, we have put together an online version of Tube Toolbox which can be used on any device with a web browser. More info here: http://web.tubetoolbox.com
