The problem is that each video on your account can only be posted as a video response to ONE SINGLE other video on YouTube. So you would essentially have to upload hundreds of videos to your account and each of them would be used as a response to 1 other video on YouTube which is extremely inefficient and Tube Toolbox wouldn't save much time by automating it. So we have left this feature out and it will not be added because it would be pointless.
