Yes. You may enter any Username/Password into the Tube Toolbox log in screen and the information is saved for the next time you use Tube Toolbox. You can log into Tube Toolbox with as many YouTube accounts as you'd like. However, you can only have one active Professional account at a time for each paid Subscription.
