We have been in business since 2007 and have thousands of customers (some of which have been customers for years). If Tube Toolbox was causing people to lose their YouTube accounts we would not be in business. We have had customers whose accounts were banned but normally that is because their messages were marked as spam from users or a competitor. There are several reasons why your account may have been suspended.
You can either cancel your subscription, or set up another channel and use our software with you new channel. We want to make sure your account is not charged again if you want your subscription to be cancelled.
