Background

If the auto-update fails (or a variety of other reasons), Tube Toolbox can crash before the login screen ever shows up. You might see something similar to this:

Solution

-The Easy Solution


Step 1: Uninstall Tube Toolbox from your computer. You will NOT lose any of your data or sending history so don't worry about that. Here is how to uninstall a program: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Uninstall-or-change-a-program


Step 2: Delete everything in the C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox folder or C:\Program Files (x86)\Sincell\Tube Toolbox (if you have a 64 bit computer)


Step 3: Download and re-install Tube Toolbox from this link: http://sincell.s3.amazonaws.com/websites/tubetoolbox/downloads/00000/TubeToolboxSetup.EXE


- The Not As Easy Solution


Step 1: Download the following 3 files:


Step 2: You will need to find where you downloaded those 3 files on your computer. Then, copy those 3 files to the folder where Tube Toolbox is installed on your computer and replace the existing files that are in that folder. The location that Tube Toolbox is installed is: C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox folder or C:\Program Files (x86)\Sincell\Tube Toolbox (if you have a 64 bit computer
