Try right-clicking on install.exe and click on "Run as Administrator".

If the "Run as Administrator" is not displayed, follow these instructions.

  1. Right click on the folder C:\Program Files\Sincell.
  2. Click on Properties.
  3. Click on Security.
  4. Click on Edit.
  5. Click on Users under the Group or usernames section.
  6. Check Allow Full Control check box under the Permissions section.
  7. Click OK.

Repeat above steps for folder C:\Program Files\Sincell\Tube Toolbox.
