You tried to purchase Tube Toolbox but it says that your account is banned from using our program



Solution

There are a variety of reasons that you can be banned. Here are a few:

  • Refunds. You purchased Tube Toolbox and previously asked for a refund and now you want to sign up again. The refunding process takes a lot of our support time. We often need to go back and forth with PayPal (our payment processing company) before the issue gets resolved. If you fall into this category you must email support@TubeToolbox.com from the email address you will use to reactivate your account telling us you will never ask for a refund. After receiving the email, we will send you a link to purchase a full subscription to Tube Toolbox including another activation fee.
  • Charge Backs. Not only did you want a refund, you contacted your credit card company and filed a charge back. Well guess what? That cost us a $20 fee from our credit card processing company. All you had to do was contact us an ask for a refund and we would have happily done it. But you went straight to your bank complaining without giving us the benefit of the doubt. Want to use Tube Toolbox again? It will cost you $40 to un-ban your account and then you can purchase again. You will also need to write an email stating that you understand what our product is and does and will never ask for a refund again. Send the $40 through PayPal to sincell@sincell.com and then email us your apology and and understanding of our product to support@TubeToolbox.com
  • Payment Reversed. You filed a complaint with PayPal saying that you did not get what you expected from us. You could have just emailed us and asked for a refund and we would have happily done it. But instead you are giving us a bad name with PayPal. If you want to use Tube Toolbox you must email support@TubeToolbox.com from the email address you will use to reactivate your account telling us you will never ask for a refund. After receiving the email, we will send you a link to purchase a full subscription to Tube Toolbox including another activation fee.
  • Cheating the System. If we find that you were using a cracked copy of Tube Toolbox, you will be permanently banned from using our software. Was it worth it?
