If you have multiple channels tied to your Google+ email log in account, YouTube used to always display the list of channels and allow you to check which one you wanted to use. Recently, they implemented a check box option to always use the one you are logging in with at the time you check the box. So, if you check that box and want to use a different channel when using Tube Toolbox you won't be able to without going into YouTube and changing your default channel. To change your default channel, you need to follow these steps:

Log into Youtube through a browser (not Tube Toolbox).

Select the channel name you want to log in with.

Click on the Settings icon (see screenshot #1).

Click on Advanced (see screenshot #2).

Make sure the check box labelled “Show Channel Selector” is checked (see screenshot #3).

Log back into Tube Toolbox and it should log you into the correct channel.
