The changes made by Google/YouTube require us to now gather using Google/YouTube’s standard program interface (instead of looking at the screen like we used to be able to do).
Unfortunately, YouTube only allows us to gather between 500 - 600 comments for any video. We have no idea why they placed that limit but they have. Therefore, you will need to gather from several videos to get thousands instead of from one video like you were able to do previously.
We are working on an new feature that allows you to enter a group of videos and we will gather the comments for each of the videos in the list.
Additionally, you can gather more users in one gathering session if you use the Gather comments for videos from a channel (see screenshot below). This will approximately 500 for each of the channel’s videos.
