Problem

You paid with a credit card and got a confirmation on screen saying that the payment was successful but then you log into Tube Toolbox and it says that you do not have a Professional Subscription.


Solution #1

For whatever reason (we do not receive details), your bank is not allowing a recurring payment to be set up on your credit card. If your purchase included an activation fee, then that fee was taken out from your credit card but the recurring fee was not. Please feel free to look at your credit card statement for verification.


What you need to do now is sign up again using a different credit card at https://www.tubetoolbox.com/Purchase_ReActivate.aspx which will only charge you $9.95/month with no activation fee.


If your account continues to decline recurring payments, then you must purchase one of our fixed-term subscriptions instead. Fixed-Term Packages can be found on the following page: https://www.tubetoolbox.com/Purchase_FixedPackage.aspx


If none of these options work, then we will simply refund the activation fee that was taken out.


PLEASE NOTE: You cannot sign up for a recurring subscription using a Pre-Paid credit card.


Solution #2

You are not logging in with the channel name or email address you entered during purchase. Check the confirmation email that Tube Toolbox sent you to find out exactly what you entered. If you need to switch your subscription, follow the instructions here: How To: Switch your Professional Subscription to a different channel. Also, double-check the spelling of what you entered. If you have misspelled your channel name or email address, email us at support@tubetoolbox.com and we can switch your subscription for you.
