There are times we need to look at the Tube Toolbox log files maintained on your computer. These log files contain information that often help us troubleshoot the issue you are having.
How to find Log files
Click on the link shown below on the Tube Toolbox log in page. The location of your data and log files will be displayed. After you find the location, send the "YouTubeLog.xml" and "TubeToolboxLog.xml" log files as email attachments to support@tubetoolbox.com.
